ABOUT US

With a staff that has more than 100 years of combined experience in land surveying, we have a keen awareness of what it takes to make a project successful. Since 2012, we have been serving all of Fairfield County with every type of land surveying need.

We provide essential services to all customers!

SURVEYING SERVICES

Surveying services cover a wide array of offerings that help determine property lines, ensure compliance with local regulations, and facilitate real estate transactions. These services include boundary surveys, improvement location surveys, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, and construction staking. They assist property owners, buyers, and developers in understanding property limitations, managing land divisions, and supporting construction projects.

Boundary Surveys

A boundary survey is a map depicting a surveyor’s opinion on property lines based on extensive land record research and field investigation. It shows improvements, easements, encroachments, and means of access on the site.

Improvement Location Surveys

Improvement location surveys display on-site conditions and improvements relative to boundaries, easements, and setbacks. Often required by mortgage companies, they help ensure property compliance and inform buyers about their purchase.

Data Accumulation Plans

A Data Accumulation Plan illustrates features in an area and, alongside Improvement Location Plans, is presented to the Zoning Board of Appeals when seeking a variance.

ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys

An ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey, required for real estate transactions, is similar to a boundary survey but adheres to standards set by the National Society of Professional Surveyors and the American Land Title Association.

Subdivision Maps

A subdivision map is part of the process to divide a parcel of land into smaller lots. The proposed lots need to conform to municipal regulations that govern size, shape, setbacks, frontage and other requirements.

Easement Maps

Easement Maps depict the location on a parcel of utility, access, pedestrian and other easements. They are useful to an owner of a parcel to determine the limitations that are set on his/her property.
